Please note we are a Real Estate Investment company, so we do not buy every property we look at; however, we also have a team of Realtors that can assist you in selling if we are not a good fit to buy.

•Owner Financing!


Owner Financing applies to anyone in any situation outside of foreclosure. Typically in this scenario, you, the homeowner, and us here at Royalty Rentalz agree on terms where the home can be leased out to us under an agreement for a specific period, and the house will be paid in full after the agreement terms end. This is an excellent strategy for anyone in a distressed situation looking to sell the house but at a later date while making payments on time towards a mortgage and paying down liens and HOA fees.
